We offer our customers the chance to earn back part (or even all) of their purchase. Here’s how it works:

  1. Record 2 short videos (instructions below).
  2. Email the video to support@draindodger.com
  3. Receive a refund of up to €50, depending on your order value. If your order total exceeds €50, you will receive €50. If it is lower, you will receive a refund equal to your order amount.

Submission Terms

Please note: by submitting your videos, you grant us the right to use them for commercial purposes (including advertising and social media). By participating, you waive any future compensation claims related to the use of this content.

We approve most videos, as we are looking for authentic customer experiences. However, we reserve the right to decline submissions that do not meet our guidelines. If declined, no refund will be issued and the video will not be used.

Video 1: Your draindodger

Create a 30–60 second video where you show your draindodger(s) in your shower.

  • Turn on the shower beforehand so water is flowing
  • Start a few steps away and slowly walk toward the shower where the Draindodger(s) are positioned
  • Try to finish the shot with the Draindodger(s) slightly below the center of your screen (see example video)

Tips:

  • Position your phone vertically (portrait mode) and record in a well-lit area (natural daylight works great!).
  • Keep the movement steady and slow
  • If you know how, please film in 4K resolution at 60 fps (you can usually adjust this at the top of your phone’s camera screen). 😊

Video 2: Your story

Create a 30–60 second selfie-style video where you share:

  • Who you are and where you’re from
  • Why you decided to buy the Draindodger
  • Why you’re happy with it and would recommend it

Tips:

  • Position your phone vertically (portrait mode) and record in a well-lit area (natural daylight works great!).
  • Keep your phone close enough for clear sound
  • Speak naturally in your native language, as if you’re talking to a friend
