Still finding hair in your shower drain?

Lift the Draindodger regularly to prevent hairs from getting washed through after multiple showers.

Catching every single hair is impossible since water still needs to flow through. However, by trapping most (long) hairs, you save yourself a lot of time and effort.

With two to three times fewer hairs in your drain, you can also wait two to three times longer before cleaning it.

Does it not stay in place properly?

Place the Draindodger gently in hot water for a minute before setting it on the floor. This softens the material, allowing the feet to better adapt to the surface.

The Draindodger has been thoroughly tested on various shower floors. If your floor might be too slippery, for safety reasons, we recommend using a non-slip product, such as a grip spray.

Lastly, try directing the shower spray slightly further from the drain and Draindodger for the best results.

Does the water flow along the sides?

Ideally, the water flow in your shower runs mainly through the middle. You stand in the center, and the shampoo with hair flows down along you, over the floor, towards the drain. It doesn't matter if water also flows along the sides.

Is your shower floor designed without a central groove, and does the water flow too much along the sides? In that case, an extra Draindodger can help block the water flow more effectively. The Draindodger can also be trimmed to size if desired.

Return shipments are a significant burden on the environment. We hope you might reconsider your return. Perhaps you know someone who could benefit from your Draindodger and would appreciate the gift.

  • Registration

    Easily register your return within 14 days via our return portal. Most of our products fit in a mailbox parcel, so you can download a shipping label at a very affordable rate, usually just a few Euros.

  • Shipping

    Please return the product preferably clean, in its original packaging, and in new condition to our warehouse. Only ship it after registering through the return portal.

  • Refund

    Once we receive, process, and approve your return, you will be notified that your refund has been initiated. You can usually expect to receive the money back on your original payment method within a few days.

Important: Damaged or unregistered returns will not be accepted by our external warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m past the 14 days, can I still return the product?

Unfortunately, no. The return portal of our external warehouse is set to the legal 14-day cooling-off period and will automatically reject returns outside of that window. Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception here.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

According to EU legislation, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This means you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

While some shops offer a longer period, we have chosen the legal 14-day window due to the nature of our product – it is clear within 2-3 days whether it suits your needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception as our external warehouse's return portal will automatically reject the shipment.

How long does it take to get the money back?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it is usually checked and processed within 2-3 business days.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund, and you will automatically receive a notification by email.

The money typically appears in your account within a few business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Since most of our products are packaged in mailbox parcels, you can ship them at a very affordable rate, usually just 5-7 Euros.

While large shops like Amazon offer free returns, some customers unfortunately expect returns to always be free. According to EU legislation, this is not the case, and for smaller companies, it is often not feasible. Therefore, we only cover the shipping costs for the initial delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
